To ensure the freshest blooms and the longest vase life, we send our lilies out in bud form. This means they'll open beautifully in your home over the following days. If you'd prefer your lilies to be more open upon delivery, simply let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

🚗 Delivery is a separate cost and will be calculated at checkout. We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before the following cut-off times:

• Monday – Friday: order by 9am — deliveries run between 11am and 4pm
• Saturday: order by 9am — deliveries run between 11am and 3pm

We are unable to guarantee exact delivery times.

Do not send or keep this arrangement in a home with cats. Seek urgent veterinary assistance if exposure occurs. 

Please Note: Colours and sizes of products may vary slightly from what is shown in product images. This can be due to differences in screen displays, lighting, and natural variations in materials. We do our best to represent our products accurately, but slight variations are to be expected. Please also note that some flower buds may not be fully open upon delivery — this is completely normal and most will bloom beautifully over the following days. If you have any questions about a specific colour or size, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

Where a minor substitution is required, we may use a flower or product of equal or greater value while maintaining the advertised style, size and colour palette. If a substitution would materially change the arrangement or replace a defining flower, or product we will contact the customer for approval. If an acceptable substitution cannot be agreed upon, the customer may receive a refund for the unavailable item.
